5. I would like to use the clients' group filtration rules while bonus calculating, but I'm afraid to transfer such a data into your System. What should I do in this case?

We guarantee the confidentiality of any transferred information according to the Agreement on personal data protection, section «Non-disclosure agreement».

Additionally, take a look at the variants stated below.

After performing necessary calculation and getting the calculated bonuses, you may delete the data input into the System. We do not recommend it, as you can lose the possibility to operate the offers using the rules considering the history of client operations.
You may transfer into the System not complete set of your clients' personal data, but only the data which affect the bonus calculation according to your program.
The System doesn't require the real ID of your clients, goods/service, user classes etc. The client data can be transferred in compliance with the abstract or codified ID.

Besides, while deleting your account, all data put into the System will be also deleted.

If the listed measures are insufficient for you, we may discuss the variants of system installation in your Company's local network.

6. I want to send data in my own format What should I do?

7. I would like to use my own rules for making the bonus programs, which are not specified in your application. What should I do?

8. I would like to have the set of loyalty programs working simultaneously, but the System doesn't allow creating several programs working simultaneously. What should I do?

9. I would prefer other, suitable for me, ways of data transfer into the System. Also I would like to transfer more than 50 Mb data files. What should I do?

13. I'm interested in creating the co-branding Bonus Loyalty Programs and would like to distribute bonuses among the partners of my Company. How should I organize work in this case?

The simplest way to solve your problem – to create in the system the different sets of client operations templates, typical for business of your each Partner. Then it's necessary to create the individual programs for each type of business. In this case, work with system and data transfer for calculations will have the same user account. Created bonuses by each program you will be able to share among your partners on your own.

14. I don't implement the goods classes base, but need to create the Loyalty Programs which use the rules considering these classes while calculating bonuses. How should I organize work in this case?

In this case, the support of categories base is necessary. If you don't have the possibility to export the minimal information set into the System, which is necessary for calculations, PointLoyalty Manager gives the opportunity to support the client and classes base in the System itself.

15. I have the working program system of clients' registration and client operations registration. I just need to calculate bonuses for them. What should I do?

PointLoyalty Manager supports the integration with the third party program products using the web services technology.

Register in the System, describe your operations, and create the necessary programs.
Get "WSDL file" with API description for System access.
If the transaction of the huge volume of initial data is necessary - use the file transaction.
For on-line data transaction use the API according to the received WSDL.

16. I don't want to waste time for registration, but would like to see how the system works. What can I do?

The registration in System takes less then 1minute, but if you don't want to do it you can:

Use the demonstration access regime to explore the Application possibilities.
To get from our sight "System description" or "Screen forms examples"study them in spare time.

The given mode is created for data browsing on behalf of a user, who already set own Loyalty Programs for using. Take into consideration that in this mode you can't save the changed data.
